The U.S. Climate Emergency Council is a newly-formed national organization based in Washington, D.C. Our leaders have been active for years on local and national levels working to stop global warming. We support high miles-per-gallon hybrid cars, wind farms, solar houses, energy efficiency, conservation and more. We have formed and built effective climate groups around these solutions. We have led successful efforts to enact state laws to reduce global warming pollution. We have organized nationally-coordinated actions. We have expericence and resources that can help you figure out how to be most effective where you are.
